About Us
History
Smith & Santos was established in 1945 and is one of the oldest panel beating companies in the Cape. We were formerly known as Smith & Coetzee. The business was originally situated in Claremont but in 1970 a fire destroyed the building and the business was relocated to Lansdowne, where we still are today. In 1980 a second branch was established in Woodstock to serve the City Bowl area.
